The Zadar Declaration was the closing commitment of CDayZ 2026. In Zadar, on Friday 9 October 2026, the closing session of the conference was given to it: a joint commitment by the leaders present to four principles.

- Human beings remain responsible for consequential decisions.
- AI agents act within visible, limited and revocable mandates.
- Trade rests on trust that can be verified — from Lex Mercatoria and the statutes of Zadar into the AI era.
